b. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to confirm your appointment. Appointments are only secured with a deposit. The remaining balance is payable after the appointment via cash or Zelle.
c. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. Failure to call or show up for your appointment will result in cancellation.
d. Late Arrival: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause delays, but please make every effort to arrive on time for your appointment. If you anticipate being late, please notify us by contacting the provided number with your name, reason for delay, and estimated time of arrival. Late arrivals may result in late fees or may need to be rescheduled at the discretion of Galenas Vanity.

f. No additional guests or pets are allowed.
2. Classes Policies:

b. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot in the class. Payment can be made online through our booking system or via email invoice.
c. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your class booking, please do so at least 7 days in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the class may be subject to a cancellation fee.
d. Attendance: Please arrive on time for your class. Late arrivals may disrupt the class and may not be accommodated. No-shows will not be eligible for a refund.

a. Deposits: All makeup appointments and photography sessions require a 25% deposit at the time of booking. Deposits for classes may vary depending on the class type. Deposits are non-refundable and are the only method available to secure your desired date and time.
b. Travel: If your photography session requires travel to an off-site location, travel costs will be included in your quoted rate and deposit.

7. Do I need a MUA/Hairstylist/Wardrobe for my shoot?
While not necessary, these elements add value to your shoot. Correctly chosen elements are essential for a successful session and can be provided if desired.
8. I am a Hair Stylist/Wardrobe Stylist. How can I work with you?

9. Do you offer retouching services and how much?
Yes, we offer retouching services starting at $35.00 per image.
10. Do you travel?
Yes, travel costs are included in your quoted rate as well as included in your deposit.
11. What do I bring to my photo-shoot?
Once your session is confirmed with a deposit, we'll have a creative consultation to discuss what you will wear, props, theme, and other session details.
