1. Makeup and Photography Appointment Policies:

 a. Booking Process: To book a makeup or photography appointment, please use our online booking system on our website or contact us via email at contact@galenasvanity.com. Responses will typically be sent within 48 hours.

b. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to confirm your appointment. Appointments are only secured with a deposit. The remaining balance is payable after the appointment via cash or Zelle.

 c. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. Failure to call or show up for your appointment will result in cancellation.

 d. Late Arrival: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause delays, but please make every effort to arrive on time for your appointment. If you anticipate being late, please notify us by contacting the provided number with your name, reason for delay, and estimated time of arrival. Late arrivals may result in late fees or may need to be rescheduled at the discretion of Galenas Vanity.

e. Appointment details, including the address, will be sent 24 hours before your appointment via email or iMessages.

f. No additional guests or pets are allowed.

2. Classes Policies:

 a. Booking Process: To book a class, please use our online booking system on our website or contact us via email at contact@galenasvanity.com. Responses will typically be sent within 48 hours.

b. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot in the class. Payment can be made online through our booking system or via email invoice.

c. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your class booking, please do so at least 48 hrs in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class may be subject to a cancellation fee.

 d. Attendance: Please arrive on time for your class. Late arrivals may disrupt the class and may not be accommodated. No-shows will not be eligible for a refund.

3. General Policies:

 a. Deposits: All makeup appointments and photography sessions require a 25% deposit at the time of booking. Deposits for classes may vary depending on the class type. Deposits are non-refundable and are the only method available to secure your desired date and time.

 b. Travel: If your photography session requires travel to an off-site location, travel costs will be included in your quoted rate and deposit.

c. Appointment details, including the address, will be sent 72 hours before your appointment via email or iMessages. No additional guests or pets are allowed.

 d. Product Use: During makeup appointments, we use high-quality, professional-grade cosmetic products. If you have any specific allergies or sensitivities, please inform us in advance.

 e. Privacy: We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with any third parties without your consent.

 f. Feedback: We value your feedback and strive to provide the best possible service. If you have any comments or concerns about your experience with Galenas Vanity, please don't hesitate to contact us.

g. I have the right to refuse any service if the policy is broken.

h. Please discuss any styling concerns during your appointment as changes cannot be made after booking. Once you leave my chair, any adjustments needed are no longer my responsibility.
